Q: How do I pay?
A: We Are now accepting nearly all major credit and debit cards through our secure Paypal service system, however we also accept cash on or prior to the day of travel, or a direct paypal payment.
Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?
A: No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver, however if there is a problem or a delay of more than 3 hours you should contact us.
Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. however If you have provided your mobile number we will try to contact you if we have difficulty finding you. We will also provide you with our card so you can ring us if you need to.
Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?
A: The price quoted is the price you pay. however if for any reason there is delays you should contact us to make sure your driver will still be available, for instance on club runs your driver will be at the pre-arranged pick up point for no longer than 15 minutes.
Q: Am i charged for making my driver wait?
A: All our cabs, work on a meter system so you will be charged via our standard wait tarrif.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A: Our prices are based on the vehicles and services we provide.
Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A: All online bookings should be made 24 hours in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours it is suggested that you call us to confirm availability.
Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: We attempt to work around the clock but at this time we are currently expanding so operating times past 12am are yet to set in stone.so please call us anytime.
Q: Do I get email confirmation?
A: If you book online we will confirm your enquiry and will also confirm your booking to you once it has been allocated to a driver.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours will be refunded in full. However it is policy that once our driver has been dispatched your refund will be based on a percentage of distance travelled prior to your cancellation, for example if the driver recieves note of cancellation circa 50% of the journey your refund will be 50%. (you should note that your booking once confirmed whether via our online services or phone will constitute a binding contract and you will be invoiced as such.)
